Based on the 5 files in the drive, I assume this part's name is RD9700. When I plug in the device, the computer treats it as a flashdrive, and displays its F: as "Supereal9700". I tried contacting the seller for one compatible with Ubuntu, but I'm not sure if he/she even speaks English let alone is gonna respond to my question. However, unbeknownst to me, this device requires a driver to work properly, and the only drivers it came with were for Windows 10 and MacOS. I recently bought an ethernet-to-USB adapter so I could plug in my laptop to my router and get faster connection. I didn't know whether this belonged in hardware or software, so I just picked software since that's what I need to download.
